Spring (Apr 14 - June 12)/ $160 per night /$120 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) /$190 per night /$150 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18)/ $160 per night/ $120 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13)/ $220 per night/ $170 per night
Cleaning fee is $70 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $360 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $410 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
